non relative script includes

It appears that Site.master page uses absolute URLs when including javascript files.  I believe a more robust solution is to use   <script src="<%= Url.Content("~/Content/Site.css")%>" .... </script>  This way if we deploy the solution to some other virtual site, it wont break.
